There are two version available.  A free version that is a great way to start a directory up with a limited budget as well as a paid version that is a much higher quality script.

Free Version:  You will need some basic coding knowledge to get up and running because you have to get the script and then add a theme to it. 

There are some spam issues with the free version so be warned that you will spammed! 

I woudl highly recommend this script to anyone looking to start a directory on a limited budget.

Paid Version:  A great improvement.  If you are serious about running an online directory and trying to make some money this is the verison for you.  Check out the website for a detailed list of options and features.

I would however say that running a quality directory is a lot of hard work and very competitive niche.  If you are dedicated there is money to made but the time commitment is high.

I would not recommend a directory script to someone getting started as a webmaster.
