All the terms bascially mean the same thing.  Nulled means that the script has been cracked so that other people can use it without paying for it.  Generally this means that any code that alerts the script copyright owner that their script is being installed or used has been removed and the script can then be used undetected.  Once these files and images have been removed the script is often sold for less or shared by users.
