I have just came back from Cuba and we rented a car while we were there.  The road are reiduculous and they dont seem to have maps.  We were driving the main highway at one point and the road ended, it was washed out by one of the hurricanes a couple of years ago.  On a different road we were crossing a bridge and our passengers had to get out because we were told it wasnt safe to drive across the bridge with the extra weight.  They didnt seem to have a problem with me driving across though alone in the car.  Lucky me.  The other people had to walk across.
