You can set this up yourself.  All you have to do is change the name of your content folder from time to time and set up a system to redirect for http 404 errors.  That way anyone hotlinking to your content will be re-directed to your site.

hotlinkers are people that link to the files you have hosted for your website.  they bascially use you bandwidth for free and slow down your website.

drac is looking get rid of them and leopardus is trying to turn the table and steal traffic from the hotlinkers
